The NCA's provisions are directed towards those establishing and operating facilities in the petroleum activities and other users of the waters. These provisions have been prepared by the Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) in accordance with the Regulations of 29 April 2010 no. 634 relating to the design and equipping of facilities, etc. in the petroleum activities (the facilities regulations) Section 71 first paragraph.
